KUKUI Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of marketing and customer engagement technology built specifically for the automotive repair industry, today announced that Heather Myers has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

Myers succeeds Eric Harber, who stepped down after more than three years as CEO.

Myers has spent six years at KUKUI, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer, where she led Product, Engineering, Onboarding, AEO/SEO and Content, SEM, IT, and Production. She has also driven KUKUI’s artificial intelligence strategy and the integration of AI across the company’s products and operations.

“Heather brings a rare combination of vision, operational excellence, and deep industry experience, along with a genuine commitment to customer service,” said Jim Tallman, Chairman of the KUKUI Board of Directors. “We look forward to supporting her as she works with our customers to shape the next generation of marketing and customer relationship management solutions for the automotive repair aftermarket.”

Myers brings nearly two decades of experience building and delivering software, leading engineering and product organizations, modernizing technology platforms, migrating systems to the cloud, and turning customer needs into products and services.

Building on a Foundation of AI Innovation

“As AI changes how consumers find businesses and how businesses operate, automotive repair shops need technology that understands their industry, their customers, and the way their shops actually work,” said Myers. “KUKUI has spent 15 years building that understanding. Everything we build from here, including how we’re accelerating our investment in AI, is in service of helping shops attract and retain customers, succeed, and make a difference in their communities.”

KUKUI has already introduced AI-powered capabilities across its platform, including AI Call Insights, which helps repair shops analyze customer calls and surface coaching and follow-up opportunities; KAI, the company’s AI assistant; and AI Review Responder, which streamlines how shops manage customer reviews. The company has also invested in helping shops adapt to the way consumers increasingly discover businesses through AI-powered search and answer engines.

These releases build on a steady run of new products, among them MyGarage, Live Scheduler, Social Toolkit, and MyRewards, reflecting the pace of innovation Myers intends to carry forward.

“We have a strong foundation, and now we have the opportunity to build on it,” Myers said. “We’re accelerating our investment in AI, our platform, and the tools our customers use every day, with the goal of making KUKUI the most advanced marketing platform in the automotive aftermarket while continuing to deliver the industry expertise and service our customers expect.”

KUKUI’s platform has been built around the needs and workflows of automotive repair businesses, bringing marketing and customer engagement tools together in a single platform. That industry-specific focus remains central to KUKUI’s strategy as it develops its next generation of technology.

A Planned Leadership Transition

The leadership change was planned in close coordination with KUKUI’s Board of Directors to ensure a smooth transition.

“Heather already leads many of the parts of KUKUI closest to where we’re headed, and she has the experience, judgment, and leadership to take the company forward,” said Harber. “I’m proud of what this team has built, and I’m confident Heather is the right person to lead what comes next.”

Under Myers’ leadership, KUKUI will continue serving independent repair shops and multi-location operators while deepening its investment in AI-powered technology that helps shops understand their data, improve customer communication, and grow their businesses.
