Chopstix Ranks Among Top 50 2015 Food Franchises

In their most recent publication, well respected franchise magazine ‘Food Franchise’ ranked Chopstix Noodle Bar 25th out of the 50 best and most profitable franchise opportunities in the UK.

Chopstix cemented its place in the quick-service food industry with its authentic Oriental food offering, providing a healthier, fresher, faster and friendlier alternative to the usual burger, pizza and sandwich chains. This diverse concept, along with a comprehensive, profit oriented franchise program wets the appetite of entrepreneurs - especially given the 9% increase in demand in this sector.   

The fast food industry is becoming increasingly prominent in the UK economy. Ethnic food in particular has proven to be a dynamic and attractive proposition for potential franchisees, with the ethnic restaurant and takeaway market expected to grow by 13% between 2014 -2019. Chopstix’s franchise and master franchise opportunities offer a lucrative business model, with an average store expected to secure £90,000 net profit within six to nine months.

As part of its aim to promote and expand its national and international franchise program, Chopstix recently participated in the National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham. The response was highly positive, both to the concept and also the tasty food samples that were freshly served on site, with many new contacts established.

Chopstix Group is an emerging Oriental quick-service restaurant chain with over 50 sites spread across the UK and Ireland currently.

Although the concept of Chopstix was conceived over a decade ago, it has picked up pace and rapidly expanded in the last 4 years, with a particular focus on providing fresh, nutritious and tasty Oriental cuisine, using the finest ingredients and most innovative fusion recipes to satisfy the health conscious.

Since the first major shopping centre branch opening in Bluewater in 2010, Chopstix has become a staple in shopping centre food courts.
