eSpatial Mapping Software Now Available to All UK Public Bodies, via G-Cloud 6

eSpatial is delighted to announce today that it has won a place on the UK government’s on-line procurement agreement, G-Cloud 6, operated by The Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

Public sector bodies can now trial and purchase eSpatial online mapping software on G-Cloud’s Digital Marketplace:https://www.gov.uk/digital-marketplace

G-Cloud’s Digital Marketplace is an online marketplace where suppliers offer their services to the public sector via the G-Cloud framework. It features a list of suppliers that can provide digital services.

The marketplace was established to make it easier for public body buyers to connect with relevant service providers - simplifying and expediting the procurement process.

eSpatial mapping software provides powerful, quick and easy-to-use mapping solutions. Users can create a range of maps, including pin maps, heat maps, radius maps and route maps.

Initial training is included in every subscription, to ensure successful adoption of the service. Users also receive comprehensive support throughout their subscription period.

Commenting on his company’s inclusion in G-Cloud 6, eSpatial CEO Philip O’Doherty said, “G-Cloud provides a fantastic service to public bodies and eSpatial is proud to be included in the Digital Marketplace. It gives us an opportunity to highlight the importance of location mapping for planning, communication and decision-making in the public sector.”

eSpatial was established in 1997 as a Geographic Information Service (GIS) provider and has evolved over the years to become a dedicated online mapping software provider. It offers a suite of visualisation tools that can transform spreadsheet data into eye-catching maps – in minutes. eSpatial is used by companies and organisations throughout the world involved in Education, Health, Local Government and Not for Profit activities.

CCS is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office and operates as a trading fund under the Government Trading Funds Act 1973. Their remit is to work with both departments and organisations across the whole of the public sector to ensure maximum value is extracted from every commercial relationship and improve the quality of service delivery.
