As Sales Director at Home & Capital, Nigel was instrumental in setting up and managing the group's advisory activity, transforming it into a fully integrated equity release business, paving the way for its acquisition by Sovereign Reversions plc and then by Grainger plc.

Nigel’s engagement is the latest in a string of appointments for UK-wide specialists Bower Retirement Services, recently announced as finalists in the running for Best Equity Release Mortgage Broker in the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2011. Bower has recently taken on a number of established and highly experienced equity release advisers, expanding the team to cover the whole of the UK.

Nigel commented: “It is a great privilege to be linking up with Geoff Charles and the team at Bower, and I look forward to working with them in consolidating the company’s position as a leading equity release advice firm."
