Lee Hecht Harrison announces the appointment of its new Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, James Mcilvena

Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) today announces the appointment of its new Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), James Mcilvena. Joining on the 14th of January 2019, James will be leading the business for the ANZ region. James will serve as a member of the LHH Global Leadership Team and the Asia Pacific (APAC) Executive Committee.

James served as Head of Talent Acquisition โ€“ Wealth Management & Professional Services at Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he set strategy, led initiatives for hiring talent and drove continuous team improvement. Before Commonwealth Bank of Australia, he worked as Head of Accounts at PeopleScout where he was responsible for strategic direction, sales and overall account performance.
