Top traders to teach Manchester how to prosper from the downturn

Anyone who thinks the recession only has a downside would do well to attend top trader Nick McDonald’s free FX seminar on Monday, where he will outline why the time is now to make money from the global currencies market.

Nick, who leads the acclaimed Trade with Precision (www.tradewithprecision.com) mentoring school, will demonstrate to beginners and experts alike how he and his students are making thousands of pounds by harnessing the volatility of the Forex currencies market and prospering from its money movements.

“There’s never been a better time to trade,“ Nick says.

“People get confused reading the papers and watching the stock markets going down, which to an uneducated person implies ’don’t buy’. And that’s correct – it’s not a great time for an inexperienced investor to buy and hold. But in the short term, FX traders like us are profiting very nicely, whether a currency’s value goes up or down. And we are teaching hundreds of people a week how to profit from that movement, whichever way it goes.“

At the seminar, Nick and his professional traders will outline how to capitalise on numerous money-making opportunities which exist in the currency, stock and index markets at the moment, providing attendees with a solid foundation on how to trade confidently and successfully.

The internet has made it easy for beginners to trade currencies, joining the hedge funds, institutional investors, global corporations and others that collectively trade trillions a day on the FX spot market.

All you need is a computer, an internet connection and a tried and tested strategy – you can even trade for an hour a day around your day job.

Trading currencies is all about the future expectations of how countries will perform relative to each other. They are traded in pairs, so investors are always long (buying) one and short (selling) the other.

A simple trade would be to short British pounds and buy US dollars if you believe sterling will continue to weaken versus the dollar.

“No other profession gives you as much freedom, independence and choice,“ Nick adds.

“We’ll talk you through the key aspects of the currency and index markets as well as trading in general. By the end of the workshop, you’ll know your longs from your shorts and your bulls from your bears!“

The free Manchester Trade with Precision seminar is at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, Free Trade Hall, Peter Street, Manchester, M2 5GP from 6:30pm to 9pm on Monday 9 February. Registration opens at 6pm.
