Elemental Communications SEO and social media PR consultancy appoint Irene Jarvis

Integrated UK media communications consultancy, Elemental Communications appoint Irene Jarvis as account manager

18 May 2007, London, UK —- Integrated UK media consultancy, Elemental Communications (http://www.elementalcomms.co.uk), has appointed Irene Jarvis as account manager.

Jarvis’ experience comes from a strong public sector background, having worked for a number of years with the Australian Taxation Department. Her role at Elemental will be to work with a range of B2B and B2C clients and to maintain the Elemental Website including the media centre which supports client communications.

Tim Gibbon, director at Elemental Communications explains, “Due to the growth of Elemental its recent account wins, we are building up a strong diverse team with excellent communication skills and shaping this in-house to meet our quite specific needs. Irene brings a refreshing outlook on today’s media landscape, where it is increasingly becoming difficult to source talent that possess both digital and traditional media experience. Her public sector and educational background in small business management brings a new mix to the Elemental team.”

“Now mainstream media is starting to pick up on the importance of social media, we have experienced and are seeing heightened interest from clients to engage with this media to reach their audiences. However, although these terms are new to the media, many of the disciplines to connect and interact with it more are not, and we are finding it challenging to source new talent with the right campaign or project experience.

Therefore, we are building a team to fully appreciate and understand what brands require in order for them to deliver campaigns confidently. We are actively identifying individuals who would be a good fit with the Elemental team, and then arming them with the core competencies to work with integrated media in the Elemental way – educating, enlightening, informing sharing and growing as the environment does,” concludes Gibbon.

Jarvis will be working with clients such as content management system and software company Modera, car tuning business tune-tec, design and development agency on-IDLE and legal business specialist company vLegal.

Elemental is well-known for integrating traditional communications into digital channels such as online PR, news engine SEO, social media marketing and viral marketing to deliver seamless campaigns.
