With over 25 years of experience as a well-respected Chartered Occupational Psychologist, HR professional, and Executive Coach, Mark’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to advancing evidence-based leadership solutions that drive organisational success.
Mark has enjoyed a distinguished career in leadership development, assessment, strategic talent management, and organisational change, spanning consulting and in-house roles. His expertise has been honed at organisations such as SHL, UBS, Nationwide Building Society, the Cabinet Office, and most recently, as Head of Leadership and Talent Consulting at GatenbySanderson. Mark has worked extensively with senior leadership teams, including Boards and C-Suites, delivering high-impact leadership interventions that create inclusive, high-performing cultures.
In his new role, Mark will play a pivotal part in designing bespoke interventions to support leader, team and organisational change underpinned by Real World Group’s evidence-based assessments for individuals, teams and whole organisations. Mark is taking a strategic role in overseeing design and delivery of our bespoke consulting activities at a time of significant expansion in this area.
