New Appointments Reflect Company Strength in European Region and Apparel Industry

European Sales Leader Denis Noharet joins Impactiva with over 25 years of global supply chain optimization experience in the apparel industry. Denis’ experience running large apparel factories, managing product development teams and recently as COO/CEO of major French retailers have given him a unique end-to-end view of the industry supply chain. Operations Leader Venkatesan Ganapathy (GV), a 10-year Impactiva veteran, rejoins after a one-year sabbatical. With over 19 years of operational and quality assurance experience in the leather, footwear, and apparel industries GV specializes in developing technical and operational processes to maximize performance and client satisfaction.
Process Optimization Business Development Leader Mario Mason joins Impactiva with over 25 years of operational experience in the apparel industry. In addition to having managed apparel operations for brands manufacturing in Africa and Europe. Mario specializes in applying Lean manufacturing methodologies along with leadership change management to eliminate supply chain inefficiencies.
Europe Sales Executive Paul Frowijn, has been assigned the Netherlands to his sales territory after having successfully developed Germany during the last four years. Paul has over 23 years of business development experience, specializing in building partnerships with companies in the apparel and footwear industries.
