Wtg events are pleased to announce that BBC HR Director Lucy Adams will be taking part in a live interview at the HR Directors Business Summit on 4-5 February 2014 at the ICC, Birmingham, UK.
Lucy has been at the corporation since 2009 and, during a period of great upheaval, has dealt with four different Director Generals and the relocation of large parts of the BBC to Salford – as well as controversies including the Jimmy Savile scandal and executive pay-offs.
Lucy will answer questions about balancing business priorities with public accountability, what she has learnt from the BBC’s recent problems, and how she managed staff and kept morale high during a turbulent few years.
She will be interviewed by former Wall Street Journal TV presenter and Emmy Award nominee, Juan Señor.
