Green Motion opens first Albania location

Green Motion opened its first location in Albania this week at Tirana Airport, after announcing the sale of the Master Country Franchise for Albania in December last year.

1Richard Lowden, Green Motion CEO and Founder said, “We are very pleased to open our first location in Albania and look forward to developing the Green Motion brand throughout the country with sites opening across key locations over the coming months.”

Lowden continued, “Albania marks the 30th country that Green Motion is now present in, with our 31st in Portugal launching soon. Green Motion’s rapid expansion through Europe confirms our status as one of the world’s leading car rental brands; we are delighted to join the other major vehicle rental agencies such as Sixt, Hertz and Europcar represented at Tirana Airport.”

Green Motion at Tirana Airport is now officially open and accepting vehicle rental bookings. The location is conveniently located just a three minute walk from the main terminal building.

Like the rest of the Green Motion network, Green Motion Albania specialises in offering its customers a great choice of lower CO2 emission vehicles at market leading prices.
