A single mother of four who returned to work after the tax credits system promised to cover her childcare costs, ended up in hospital after her claim became too complicated to sort out.
The Shropshire 38 year old mum of four was forced to sell off her kids things at a church car boot sale to raise enough money for food and nappies.
