Treadstone 71 Launches The T71 Standard — A Six-Pillar Program Defining the Cognitive Warfare Discipline

Treadstone 71 LLC today announced The T71 Standard, a six-pillar program that codifies the cognitive warfare and intelligence-quality discipline. The campaign converts 24 years of consulting doctrine into published instruments, an open standard, an operational platform, and a board-level retainer service. The inaugural Adversary Index quarterly composite ships September 15, 2026.

TAI ships free at the point of access. Subscription tiers running from $25,000 to $250,000 per year provide sub-indices, monthly snapshots, and crisis flash updates.
