Ephesoft Inc., creators of the industry-leading Smart Capture® advanced document capture platform, today announced the immediate availability of the SnapDoc Software Developers Kit. The SDK empowers Ephesoft Enterprise users to produce specialized, mobile applications for image enhancement, document recognition and data extraction.
Toolkit Enables Custom Smart Capture® Development for Android and iOS devices

The SDK includes: page corner detection, image cropping and enhancement filters, OCR, and document classification and extraction capabilities – all customizable features that can be integrated into Android and iOS applications.

The SDK follows Ephesoft’s October, 2014 release of SnapDoc mobile applications for Android and iOS devices. The Android version can be downloaded at Google Play, and the iOS application is available on the iTunes store . The SDK and client apps will be demonstrated at Ephesoft’s INNOVATE Conference, March 15-18 in Dana Point, CA.
