Flowserve Seals the Deal with Global Risk Management Supplier

Rivo Software is delighted to announce the successful installation of a risk-management solution with the global organization Flowserve.


Flowserve is the recognized world leader in supplying pumps, valves, seals, automation, and services to the power, oil, gas, chemical, and other industries. With more than 15,000 employees, in over 50 countries.

Flowserve is in the process of implementing a global incident management system across their worldwide operations. The system will improve visibility of risk, help to identify accident root causes to prevent re-occurrence, improve other business efficiencies and overall help to ensure a continued safe working environment for all employees.

US Sales Director James Hodgson says, “Flowserve was looking for a flexible, rapidly configured solution to meet its specific requirements. It needed a platform that would seamlessly integrate and support its existing processes and encourage high levels of user adoption, alongside instant results to demonstrate the reasons for implementing the system in the first place.
