Richard Mille launches new website

On Friday 28th January Richard Mille will launch their new Web site.

Same address – www.richardmille.com – but a new design with improved content and optimized navigation.

All Richard Mille information – history, philosophy, collections, events, stores, services, can be discovered intuitively, on a plain yet elegant setting, in line with the brand’s aesthetic codes.

The manufacturing section investigates, using illustrations, the complex and the exclusive techniques applied to each part. The finishing section highlights the handcrafted techniques and care and attention into all the minor details assembled to create every Richard Mille watch into a unique piece.

The new Web site also gives access to a ‘Collection’ section, now in 3D, where one can scroll over the new models and read an illustrated description explaining every detail of the watch, from the RM 001 calibre to the latest new models.

In addition, to improve content, the format to the Richard Mille website has evolved. The web site is still available in three languages – French, English and Chinese – and the user can switch from one to another without leaving the current page, which is instantaneously translated.

A new system of geo-localization has also been developed. The points of sale and Richard Mille boutiques are now placed on a globe. A simple click on a chosen address is enough to view, on a detailed map, all the useful information. The geo-localization also recognizes the user’s position and offers him the contact information to the closest boutique of his current location.

Finally, clients still have access to the personalised service, launched in 2009. Thanks to this simple and effective tool, Richard Mille clients can reach the FAQ service but especially can be connected with the after-sales service of the brand.

A coordinator is at their disposal to answer all their questions, even the most technical and keep them informed about the repair status of their watch.
