OrderLogix™, a leading provider of advanced, business-to-consumer Order Management Solutions, today announced the release v3.1 of its flagship Order Management application. This release expands features and performance of OrderLogix’s Commerce Edition and Call Center Edition.
The formal announcement made today delivers new enhancements to OrderLogix customers in automation of payment batch creation, commission processing, and report delivery. New support for coupon codes allow acustomer to define coupons which can be redeemed for discounts based on a percentage of order total, a fixed dollar amount or free shipping and handling.
In addition, improvements to MAPP (Multiple Address & Payment Profiles) include customer address and payment method change history and the ability to update address and payment information on all open orders and continuity programs at once.
In addition to being a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider, recent security improvements include new support for password complexity with expirations rules, protection from delivery of sensitive card holder data without encryption, and enhancements to the data retention process that allow customers to selectively purge sensitive data. Finally, the update also includes a new look using the new OrderLogix™ branding elements and updates to drop down menu items to provide additional browser support.
