De Hoyos-Aviles Opens Offices in Sonora. The Office Is the Fourth on the Mexico-USA Border

The office will be directed by José A. Carrasco, an attorney with thirteen years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Jose Angel has been with our firm since 2012.

Jorge E. de Hoyos Walther, the managing partner of the firm, explained: “With the opening of this office, we strengthen our presence in the Sonora-Arizona binational region and become the first Mexican firm to have offices in cities neighboring all US border states.
