Lee Hecht Harrison announces the appointment of its Global Solutions Lead for Australia and New Zealand, Ian Goshko

Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) today announces the appointment of its Global Solutions Lead for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, Ian Goshko. 

Based in Sydney Australia, Ian will join the Talent Development Practice on the 14th of January 2019. In this newly created position, Ian will serve to accelerate the innovation and expansion of LHH’s award-winning Talent Development business in ANZ.

Ian served as Senior Manager – Transformation, Talent and Change Management at Accenture where he led Accenture’s HR and business strategic plans. In this role, Ian successfully managed the execution of large HR and organisational transformation initiatives. Before Accenture, he worked as National Talent Acquisition Manager at Deloitte & Touche in Canada, where he was responsible for Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities for Financial Advisory, Audit and several internal support service roles.
