The head office of global international moving network, EUROMOVERS International, in Luxembourg, has recently been audited and certified for the ISO Standards 9001 (business management), 14001 (environmental) and 27001 (security management). The organisation was assessed and certified by QSS (Quality Service Standards Ltd) from the UK.

EUROMOVERS’ members provide relocation and removal services for their global corporate clients.  Thomas Juchum, Managing Director of EUROMOVERS, said that his members’ clients expect only the highest standards of management, security and environmental responsibility from their suppliers and it was vitally important that the head office should do the same.

“Many of our members have already been certified to these ISO Standards and I am delighted that our administrative centre has now been similarly accredited,” said Thomas.  “Our corporate clients around the world are required to operate to these exacting Standards and require no less from their suppliers.”

Chris Waymouth, Chief Executive of QSS, said that it had been a pleasure working with EUROMOVERS. “Thomas has provided outstanding guidance to the member companies in establishing their quality management systems and we have received total cooperation throughout the audit process,” he said.

EUROMOVERS International operates a ‘Matrix’ system for quality management in which participating members receive certificates that are valid for a period of three years. The EUROMOVERS head office, however, is subject to an annual external audit by QSS.
