Ephesoft CEO Elected to AIIM Board: Field Joins Leadership of the Industry's Leading Trade Group

Ephesoft Inc., creators of the industry-leading Smart Capture™ advanced document capture platform, announced today that Don Field, CEO, has been elected to the board of directors of the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM).

AIIM is a non-profit dedicated to educating users worldwide on the fast-changing world of document capture and information management. Through ongoing education and research programs and the annual AIIM conference, users can learn to solve the problems of managing risk with growing volumes of content, automating business processes, , and gaining business insight from information.

Field, who has been active in the association for over 25 years, commented "I just returned from my first board meeting and the quality of AIIM's leadership and the board members was impressive.  The association is clearly in good hands and moving aggressively forward with its mission.  For me, it is a great opportunity to think more broadly about the overall industry's direction.  This honor is a highlight of my career and I will do my best to expand AIIM’s important role in the industry."
