The North American subsidiary of Lavazza, Italy’s favorite coffee, has appointed Jim Mayer as East Manager for its Home Division.
Jim will be reporting directly to Deborah Grabarz, Director of the Home Category Business.
Mr. Mayer is an accomplished Sales Manager with extensive experience at several multinational companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, ConAgra, and Sara Lee.
His extensive knowledge of the coffee industry and retail environment will be a valuable asset as Lavazza keeps expanding its presence in key Eastern regions and metropolitan markets.
Lavazza, founded in Turin, Italy, in 1895, has been family-owned and managed since its inception. Today, Lavazza is Italy’s favorite coffee, one of the leading brands in Europe, the sixth largest roaster in the world and a global provider of espresso, coffee and single-serve systems for the Home and Out-of-Home markets. Its North-American HQs are based in New York City.
