Powerful Property Inventory App for iPhone Helps Letting Agents and Property Managers Save Time

iSurvey – the UK’s leading provider of property inventory software announces the release of Property Inspector – a feature rich intuitive iPhone app that will enhance the workability of property professionals within the rental and management sectors by streamlining the Inventory report process.

Andrew Wright (Business Manager) comments: “Companies that provide inventory reports as part of their property management service will greatly reduce the time it takes at a property to collect and process the data by at least 50% time across the Inventory, periodic and vacant property inspection process. Property Inspector is by far the easiest way to create reports and manage the content and goes way beyond anything available in the market.” He continues: “The evolution of the iSurvey enterprise brand for property professionals is a result of our investment in key business areas to satisfy our clients’ requirements. These include Software Development, Software Support and Training.”

The app runs on the iPhone or iPad and the user collects the property data and rates the current condition of each element together with any defects using the easy to use one-touch screen. In addition, users can also take multiple photos and insert comments wherever required. After the report is completed, it can be previewed in PDF format onsite, and then digitally signed by all parties before being emailed directly to the client in a secure format.

Since its formation in 2009, iSurvey has been an early advocate of using technology to champion best practice and productivity within the Inventory Provider business sector. Its sister company yourinventoryclerk.com is a member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP).

The app is available to download free of charge from the App Store.
