NEW YORK March 3, 2005 – Travolta Family Entertainment ™ announces its GOLDEN ICON Awards for top achievements in Entertainment, Fashion, and Leisure. Falling between the GRAMMY Awards and the ACADEMY AWARDS (OSCARS), like its complementary bookends the Golden Icon Awards celebrate the prior years’ best introductions and performances.
In certain categories, Silver Icon winners are named when the competition was that steep that special mention is warranted. Not all categories have Silver Icon winners, and there may be more than one Silver Icon Award given in a single category. Only one Golden Icon Award is given in any one category.
