LamontCo, LLC is pleased to announce John Deffee as the newest member of LamontCo’s Senior Leadership Team, specifically focused on our LiveCon hospitality services subsidiary providing event planning and technology support and services to customers globally. John, and the LiveCon team enable our planner, supplier, and third-party customers to execute all types of meetings and events from small to very large citywides; corporate to association to sports tournaments and social/charity events.

John’s experience in site selection, planning and executing a number of events small and large (international) for the softball community is already benefiting a number of additional sports tournament customers of LamontCo.
He will be working with LamontCo’s Associates, Partners, and Customers to further grow the sports segment as an area of focus for our LiveCon division and beyond. John is a resident of the Phoenix, Arizona Metro area and shall continue to maintain this as his base of operations, although you will often find him on the road supporting customers and partners globally.
Additionally, John is an accomplished expert and recognized speaker in the world of diversity, equity, and inclusion. He serves on several advisory boards and regularly assists diversity organizations to ensure their voices are heard and their events are executed with equity.
