Scotland's Fastest Growing Boiler Replacement Company

Firstcall Home Assist, Scotland’s fastest growing boiler replacement  company continues to grow dramatically. Supplying and fitting new energy efficient gas boilers throughout Scotland, as a direct result of providing quality A rated energy efficient gas boilers, Firstcall Home Assist are saving households on average £340 per year just by replacing the old boiler.

Managing Director Paul Greaves says, "We have launched our first TV advert today which will go live on STV, we are excited that we can reach more people with the power of TV advertising. This will allow us to get the message across to the public letting them know that we can supply and install quality boilers such as Worcester Bosch including upto a 10 year warranty and with a large majority of people in Scotland living in the A-C tax bands they become eligible for a £500 government cash back. As approved Green Deal advisors and installers we can supply all the necessary surveys required to claim the £500 cash back and with Barclay’s flexible finance available our customers can spread the costs out, making their new boiler even more affordable."

Mr Greaves went on to say "The public are now getting wise to Insurance companies charging excessive fees for boiler break down Insurance, this just makes our life easier when replacing boilers as all of our boilers are covered by the boiler manufacturer for upto 10 years* which means there won't be any need for any boiler break down cover."

As a result of our rapid growth we are continually recruiting experienced boiler installers to join our team of engineers covering Scotland and we have plans to build an in house training centre of excellence to ensure we continue to provide the service our customers expect and deserve.

We expect our in house training centre to be up and running for next year summer to get our engineers ready and waiting in preparation for the up and coming winter. Firstcall is the main contractor for Aviva household and commercial insurance claims, the customers experience is one of our top priorities so preparation is vital in any and every situation.
