International commodity news and price reporting agency Argus Media has been selected to appear in a forthcoming digital publication entitled Cambridge Strategies, which will showcase top employers and educational institutions from around the world, and provide insights into today’s ever-changing professional and academic landscapes.

Going live in late January 2016 and published by Cambridge University Students’ Union (CUSU) and its official publisher, St James’s House, Cambridge Strategies will include an eBook, website, app and marketing campaign aimed at high-calibre students.

“Cambridge Strategies is a groundbreaking global campaign that will deliver thought-provoking content in an interactive and user-friendly format,” says Richard Freed, Chief Executive of St James’s House. ““The website will not only identify leaders in education and an extensive range of professional opportunities, but will also provide a digital platform for discussing some of the most pressing issues within education and employment – such as the increasing need for digital skills.”

The inclusion of Argus will provide the project with invaluable insight. An independent publishing and data  organisation that reports on the energy, fertilizers, metals and petrochemicals industries, Argus is headquartered in London and has offices in each of the world’s principal commodity trading centres. Its main activities comprise publishing market data, news and anaylsis as well as consultancy and conference businesseses.  The company’s tag line of “illuminating the markets” reflects the quality of its journalism and of the inquiring minds that work within the company to inform and influence a host of high-level decisions.

A truly international project, Cambridge Strategies will engage with an informed and influential audience of global talent, including the University of Cambridge’s 22,000 students, members of the Cambridge Alumni Association, more than 50,000 educational institutions from over 190 countries and the senior management of companies on all the major global indices.

“It’s a real privilege to work with CUSU and profiled organisations such as Argus Media,” says Richard Freed. “Argus Media has a great deal to offer, and we are very pleased to announce their input in this unique digital publication.”
